Marc Palmer serves as the Chief Executive Officer of inVentiv Medical Management.
Prior to joining iMM in April 2011, Mr. Palmer served as CEO of ConnectYourCare, a division of Express Scripts, which offers benefit delivery platforms for consumer-directed health plans.
In his career, Marc has held various leadership positions at Express Scripts including president and general manager for the labor division, regional marketing director, general manager of the self-funded and carrier division, and VP of business development. Previously, Marc held senior executive positions at Capitol America Life Insurance Company and Sunar Hauserman, Inc.
A gifted and experienced business executive, Marc is known professionally as a visionary and healthcare industry thought leader. His role at iMM will bring significant focus in the areas of business strategy and program growth and will promote creativity and innovation to meet the current and future needs of iMM clients and the evolving marketplace.
Marc is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts degree in education and public relations.
Tiffany has experience working with physician groups, hospitals, and managed care organizations, as well as extensive network contracting and negotiation expertise. Prior to joining inVentiv Medical Management (iMM), Tiffany served as Vice President, Network Contracting and Strategy at Express Scripts, Inc. where she managed the Network Contract Management team and built new contracting strategies. She also provided legal guidance and supervised the legal staff in her roles as Senior Counsel and Assistant General Counsel at Express Scripts, Inc. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree with a Certificate in Health Law, both from St. Louis University.
As Vice President & Chief Compliance Officer, Tiffany will work to ensure iMM is in compliance with laws and regulations of the health care industry. This will include compliance with national healthcare quality accreditation standards, licensing guidelines and privacy laws.
A financial executive with 20 years of Fortune 50 technology and pharmaceutical experience, Joseph joined the inVentiv team in June 2011 as Chief Financial Officer of inVentiv Medical Management.
Immediately prior to joining inVentiv, he served as Chief Financial Officer for the $1.3 billion Emerging Markets Division of Express Scripts, now the leading pharmaceutical benefit management company in the United States. He has also held significant financial roles in M&A, strategic planning, and financial planning & analysis at Telcordia Technology, a global leader in software development and services for the telecommunications industry.
Joseph earned his Master of Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Rayvelle Stallings, MD, CPE is the VP and Chief Medical Officer of inVentiv Medical Management. Prior to her appointment as Chief Medical Officer, she served as VP of Clinical Services and VP and Medical Director of iProcert™, a utilization review and precertification program. With a focus on client/patient/provider needs and a strong commitment to exceptional customer service, Dr. Stallings helped iProcert become one of the fastest growing programs at iMM.
After serving three years in the Public Health Service Corps in Cambridge, Maryland, Dr. Stallings joined the faculty at the Medical College of Georgia, where she served for five years before joining the iMM team. Dr. Stallings graduated from the Georgetown School of Medicine and completed an internship and residency in family medicine at the Medical College of Georgia. Dr. Stallings is a board certified Family Physician and a Certified Physician Executive.
Jason joined the inVentiv Medical Management team in 2011 as VP and Chief Sales Officer. Using his clinical knowledge and extensive sales experience, Jason leads a consultative sales force and account management team dedicated to expanding our distribution channels and educating clients of our variety of medical management solutions.
Prior to joining iMM, Jason spent more than 15 years in the pharmacy benefit management field, most recently with Express Scripts as VP of Sales. In his career at Express Scripts, he led sales for several divisions including managed care, commercial employers, and third part administrators. Jason previously spent 5 years at WellPoint, Inc. as Director of Network Contracting and Management for the in-house pharmacy benefit management division and as pharmacy director at Anthem BCBS. He began his career at OmniCare, a multi-faceted pharmacy management company specializing in institutional pharmacy services.
Jason graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern New Hampshire.
Bob Sullivan joined the inVentiv Medical Management team in early 2011 as the VP of Information Technology. Bob brings specialized experience gained from a variety of positions and consulting roles. In this role, Bob has a dual focus: creating a scalable, flexible IT platform to support our current and future business needs, and continually optimize the business processes to leverage the new platform.
Bob previously co-founded an IT consulting firm and managed their healthcare division. His clients included many top pharmaceutical and healthcare companies including Pfizer and Emdeon Business Systems. Bob has focused on helping organizations with their enterprise-wide architecture.
Prior to that Bob spent 11 years in aerospace engineering for United Technologies and Lockheed Martin. He was the chief architect of the central nervous system of the Seawolf-class of nuclear submarines, which includes the SSN Seawolf, SSN Connecticut, and SSN Jimmy Carter.
Bob earned his Bachelor of electrical engineering from University of Hartford and his Master of computer engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Debbie Tanner is the VP, Special Projects at inVentiv Medical Management. Debbie provides leadership and oversight for the company’s recovery audit program and its staff of nurses. The staff ensures that appropriate medical necessity is met for hospital admission. Prior to her current role, Debbie was the VP of Nursing Services. Debbie provided leadership for Case Management, iProcertTM, and iHealthTM. She was previously the Director of iHealth, the comprehensive wellness education and chronic disease management program, and assisted in the program’s development and growth.
Debbie Tanner has previously held community based positions. She worked as a school nurse, where she had the opportunity to provide health and family education to students, parents, and educators. She also served 9 years as a regional Home Health Care Coordinator covering 19 counties and was responsible for educating patients, providers and physicians on the eligible services and reimbursement regulations. Debbie began her career in the hospital setting and served as Head Nurse for a large tertiary hospital in Augusta, Georgia.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the Medical College of Georgia located in Augusta, Georgia.
Roxane Padgett joined inVentiv Medical Management in 2010 from GSW Worldwide, an inVentiv Health sister company, where she led as VP, Account Director, for a multi-product oncology franchise. In a three decade career, Roxane has held many positions of leadership and successfully developed new and existing business in healthcare, medical communications, and the pharmaceutical and biotech industries at leading business sector organizations including Pharmacia (Pfizer) and Fortune 500 Dell Healthcare and Life Sciences. She has a proven record of launching campaigns, driving market expansion, and increasing enterprise revenues.
As VP, Marketing & Commercialization, Roxane uses her industry knowledge and customer insights to develop a cohesive strategy that accurately showcases the unique capabilities of iMM and delivers innovations healthcare stakeholders value such as Accountable Care Solutions powered by inVentiv Medical ManagementTM.
Roxane holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Clemson University and a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Marketing from Christ Church University.
Tom Santi joined inVentiv Medical Management in September 2011 as Senior Director, Product Services. In his role, Tom developed and manages the Process Improvement and Project Management Office and Contract Office and manages process improvements across the organization.
Tom previously held executive positions, including leading the Project Management Office and contracting process, with a consumer directed health care administrator, ConnectYourCare, a division of Express Scripts. Prior to his career at ConnectYourCare, he directed operations for CDHC and 401(k) administration at Wells Fargo and spent over 10 years as a benefits consultant at Hewitt Associates.
Tom received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Alma College in Alma, Michigan and is a Certified Financial Planner.
George Van Antwerp is the VP of Product Development at inVentiv Medical Management. In his role, George will be responsible for developing new offerings and enhancing current products. He will also manage the current lifecycle of existing product suites.
George joins inVentiv Medical Management after spending five years leading the pharmacy solutions group for Silverlink Communications, a healthcare technology company that helps drive patient behavior for health plans and pharmacy benefit managers. He was previously responsible for sales, marketing, product development, and account management for the pharmacy group. Prior to joining Silverlink, George spent five years with Express Scripts as a Senior Director in the Product Management group, where he was involved in product development for electronic prescribing, trend management, utilization management, and mail order pharmacy. George has consulted in several industries and spent four years in the consulting practice at Ernst & Young LLP.
George graduated with his MBA and a Master of Architecture degree from Washington University in St. Louis and received his BS from the University of Michigan.
